education seminars for all personnel associated with workers' compensation claims and collect

law enforcement. (a) The authority is hereby authorized to promulgate reasonable rules and
regulations with respect to the use of any toll road, bridge, or tunnel project. The rules

shall propose to the Secretary of the Department of Labor a set of bylaws for the operation
and administration of the association. The bylaws shall not be effective until approved by

Section 34-5-13 Board of Barber Examiners. There is hereby created the Alabama Board of Barber
Examiners, to consist of five persons. Such board shall be appointed by the Governor of the
State of Alabama, one person appointed for the term of one year, one person for a term of
