Section 25-13-19 Insurance policies. (a) Elevator contractors shall submit to the administrator an insurance policy, or certified copy thereof, issued by an insurance company authorized to do business in the state to provide general liability coverage of at least one million dollars ($1,000,000) for injury or death of any number of persons in any one occurrence and with coverage of at least five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for property damage in any one occurrence and the statutory workers' compensation insurance coverage. Section 22-35-5 Fee; withdrawals; disposition of funds; liability for clean-up costs; audit. (a) Every owner of an underground or aboveground storage tank as defined in this chapter shall pay an Underground and Aboveground Storage Tank Trust Fund fee as established by the provisions of this chapter to be paid to the department. Section 8-32-3 Requirements for selling or offering to sell service contracts. (a) Either the provider or its designee shall: (1) Provide a receipt for, or other written evidence of, the purchase of the service contract to the contract holder.
