Section 33-13-6 Members, officers and directors; meetings; record of proceedings. The authority shall be composed of the Governor, the Director of Finance, one member of the Senate, appointed by the President of the Senate, one member of the House of Representatives, appointed by the Speaker of the House, and the Director of the State Docks Department. The Governor shall be the president of the authority, and the Director of Finance shall be its secretary. The Director of the State Docks Department shall be the treasurer of the authority and shall act as custodian of the proceeds from the sale of the bonds. The members of the authority shall constitute all the members of the board of directors of the authority.
