Section 32-8-87 Dismantling, destroying, changing identity of vehicle; certificate requirements; insurance claims; "total loss"; removal of identification numbers, plates, etc.; transfer of salvage vehicles; inspections; "component parts"; rebuilt vehicles; flood vehicles; online verifications. Section 25-12-16 Reinspection; payment of fees. (a) Boilers and pressure vessels subject to operating certificate inspections by special inspectors, or owner or user inspectors, shall be inspected within 60 calendar days following the required reinspection date. Inspections not performed within this 60 calendar day period shall result in a fine of five hundred dollars ($500) for each boiler or pressure vessel not inspected.
