Section 40-12-393 License - Disposition of fees collected. The commissioner shall deposit the application fees collected under this article into the State Treasury, which shall be appropriated as follows: (1) A minimum of twenty-five dollars ($25) or 10 percent, whichever is greater, of the application fee shall be appropriated to the General Fund of the state. Section 12-23-15 Indigent Offender Alcohol and Drug Treatment Trust Fund - Established fee; sanctions for failure to remit fees. The Indigent Offender Alcohol and Drug Treatment Trust Fund is hereby established and created as a separate fund in the State Treasury. Such fund shall provide for payment to eligible alcohol and drug treatment programs for treatment and rehabilitation of indigent offenders. Section 8-19A-19 Attorney's fees and costs. (a) In any civil action or investigation resulting from a transaction involving a violation of this chapter, except as provided in subsection (c), the division shall receive reasonable attorney's fees and costs from the nonprevailing party. Section 17-8-12 Compensation of election officials. (a) The inspector and clerks shall each be entitled to base compensation of fifty dollars ($50). The compensation of the election officials shall be paid as preferred claims, out of moneys in the county treasury not appropriated, on proper proof of service rendered.
