Section 36-27-16 Retirement, etc., of employees; retirement allowances. (a)(1) RETIREMENT,

Section 34-9-6.1 Mobile dental facilities or portable dental operations. (a) For purposes of
this section, the following words have the following meanings: (1) DENTAL HOME. The dental
home is the ongoing relationship between the dentist and the patient, inclusive of all aspects
of oral health care, delivered in a comprehensive, continuously accessible, coordinated, and
family-centered way. (2) MOBILE DENTAL FACILITY. Any self-contained facility in which dentistry
or dental hygiene is practiced which may be moved, towed, or transported from one location
to another. (3) OPERATOR. A person licensed to practice dentistry in this state or an entity
which is approved as tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code which
employs dentists licensed in the state to operate a mobile dental facility or portable dental

Section 35-9A-205 Limitation of liability. (a) Unless otherwise agreed, a landlord who conveys
premises that include a dwelling unit subject to a rental agreement in a good faith sale to
a bona fide purchaser is relieved of liability under the rental agreement and this chapter

Section 18-4-6 Additional payments - Dwelling occupied at least 90 days. (a) In addition to
amounts otherwise authorized by this chapter, a state agency shall make a payment to or for
any displaced person displaced from any dwelling not eligible to receive a payment under Section
18-4-5 which dwelling was actually and lawfully occupied by the displaced person for not less
than 90 days immediately prior to the initiation of negotiations for acquisition of the dwelling,
or in any case in which displacement is not a direct result of acquisition, or other event

is levied on the owner of each dwelling and commercial building located in Coffee County a
fire protection and emergency medical service fee of thirty dollars ($30) per year for each
