Section 32-6-18 Penalties - Violations in general; disposition of funds. (a) Any person of
whom a driver's license is required, who drives a motor vehicle on a public highway in this
state without first having complied with this article or the rules and regulations promulgated
hereunder shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction shall be punished by a fine
of not less than ten dollars ($10) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100), to be fixed in

Section 45-8-81.02 Computer systems; Justice Technology Fund; additional costs, charges, booking
fees. (a)(1) In Calhoun County, in any case in which court costs are assessed in a municipal
court in the county, there shall be assessed and collected, in the same manner as other costs
and charges are collected, an additional court cost in the amount of five dollars ($5) per
case which shall be used for the operation, maintenance, upgrade, and support of computer
or technology systems at the Calhoun County Courthouse and for the Calhoun County Justice
Technology Fund. (2) The Calhoun County Justice Technology Fund shall be established for the
deposit of the additional court costs collected in municipal court cases pursuant to this

Section 26-2A-139 Bond. (a) The court must require a conservator to furnish a bond payable
to the judge of probate conditioned upon faithful discharge of all duties of the trust according
to law, with sureties as it shall specify. Unless otherwise directed, the bond must be in

of revocation or refusal of license. (a) Any person may file a complaint with the board against
any licensed physical therapist or licensed physical therapist assistant in the state charging
