Section 41-9-542 Composition. (a) The authority shall be composed of the following members
or their designees: (1) The Director of the Alabama Department of Archives and History. (2)
The Director of the Division of Construction Management of the Department of Finance. (3)

Section 45-20-90 Covington County Industrial Development Authority. (a) There is created the
Covington County Industrial Development Authority. The authority is created for the purpose
and has the responsibility of aiding and assisting current industries and coordinating efforts
of all municipal and county agencies of Covington County, as well as aiding organizations

Section 11-50A-6 Board of directors; election committee; meetings; officers; compensation;
recordkeeping. (a) The board of directors of the authority shall be elected by the duly designated
representatives of the municipalities which are authorized and directed to designate a member

entities. (a) As used in this section, the following words have the following meanings: (1)
BOARD. A state board, commission, committee, task force, or similar multi-member entity created
