Section 2-6-78 Disposition of proceeds from sale of securities. All proceeds derived from the
sale of any securities of the corporation, other than refunding securities, shall be deposited
in the State Treasury and carried in a special account or accounts, and may be withdrawn solely
for the purposes and in the amounts set out below: (1) No more than 60 percent of the said
proceeds shall be used for the acquisition, construction and installation of a market facility
by the Board of Agriculture and Industries. Withdrawals for such purpose shall be upon requisition
by or pursuant to authority of the Board of Agriculture and Industries addressed and presented
to the State Comptroller and paid out by the warrant of the Comptroller upon the State Treasury,

Section 9-17-121 Installation of heaters - Residences. The following LP-gas room heaters may
be installed in a residence that is a one- or two-family dwelling and that is not a manufactured

Section 24-6-2 Commission created; composition. The Alabama Manufactured Housing Commission,
hereinafter referred to as "the commission," is created and shall function as the
principal executive branch agency with powers to provide for a comprehensive manufactured
and modular housing and building program with respect to construction, transportation, site
location, or manufacturing standards for such structures. The commission shall consist of
an advisory board of nine members, an administrator, and other staff and personnel. The membership
of the commission shall be inclusive and reflect the racial, gender, geographic, urban/rural,
