Section 40-12-240 Definitions. (a) For the purpose of this article, the following terms shall have the respective meanings ascribed by this section: (1) DEPARTMENT. The Alabama Department of Revenue. (2) ESTABLISHED PLACE OF BUSINESS. A place actually occupied either continuously or at regular periods at or from which a business or a part thereof is transacted. (3) FARM TRACTOR. Every motor vehicle designed and used primarily as a farm implement for drawing plows, mowing machines, and other implements designed and used for agricultural purposes and only incidentally moved upon public highways. Section 41-15-4 Value for which state property to be insured; annual certification; gap coverage and gap plus coverage; survey of public property; sale or salvage of insured items. (a) All covered property, unless otherwise provided in this section, shall be insured for no more than its replacement cost and shall be insured for no less than 80 percent of its actual cash value. Section 45-49-252.09 Disposal of waste. (a) All solid waste in Mobile County shall be disposed of in accordance with this code and this part. No solid waste shall be disposed of except in approved disposal facilities operated by the county or by persons possessing valid permits and certificates of need issued according to this part. However, solid waste material may be used for construction site fill with the approval of the Mobile County Building Inspector. The approval shall be in writing. (b) Any producer of hazardous or infectious waste shall possess a permit for handling or managing solid waste issued in accordance with Section 45-49-252.05. Section 45-49-91.18 Appeals to Mobile County Commission. (a) Appeals to the Mobile County Commission may be taken by any aggrieved person. The appeal shall be taken as provided by the rules of the board and within the time period prescribed by its rules, by filing notice of appeal specifying the grounds thereof with the board from whom the appeal is taken and with the Mobile County Commission. The board shall transmit to the Mobile County Commission with the notice of appeal all papers constituting the record upon which the action appealed from was taken.
