Section 10A-5A-2.06 Certificate of existence or qualification. (a) The Secretary of
State, upon request and payment of the requisite fee, shall furnish to any person a certificate
of existence for a limited liability company if the writings filed in the office of the Secretary
of State show that the limited liability company has been formed under the laws of this state.
A certificate of existence shall reflect only the information on file with the Secretary of

Section 13A-11-75 Permit to carry pistol in vehicle or concealed on person - Issuance;
fee; revocation; release of information. (a)(1)a. The sheriff of a county, upon the application
of any person residing in that county, within 30 days from receipt of a complete application

date of the valuation manual as defined by Section 27-36A-15. (1) GENERAL. Every life

Any person who comes under investigation by the Department of Human Resources for the abuse
or neglect of a child or children and who is employed by, serves as a volunteer for, holds
a license or certificate for, or is connected with any facility, agency, or home which cares
for and controls any children and which is licensed, approved, or certified by the state,
operated as a state facility, or any public, private, or religious facility or agency that
may be exempt from licensing procedures shall be granted the following due process rights
