Section 24-7A-4 Area of operation. Subject to the limitations of this section, the authority

Section 24-1-4 Agreements of municipal, county, or regional housing authorities to secure federal
contributions. In addition to the powers conferred upon a housing authority created for a
city or county or a regional housing authority by other provisions of law, such authority,
in any contract for annual contributions with the federal government, may obligate itself,

more municipalities by resolution declares that there is a need for one housing authority
for all of such municipalities to exercise in such municipalities the powers and other functions

Section 11-92A-1 Definitions. When used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the

of a regional housing authority shall be decreased from time to time to exclude one or more
