Section 41-10-493 Application for certificate of incorporation. To become a corporation,
the individuals selected pursuant to Section 41-10-492 shall present to the Secretary
of State of Alabama an application signed by them which shall set forth: (1) The name and
residence of each of the applicants, together with a certified copy of all documents evidencing
each applicant's selection or the office he holds; (2) The name of the proposed corporation,
which shall be the "Alabama State Parking Deck Authority"; (3) The location of the
principal office of the proposed corporation, which shall be in the office of the Director

Section 16-17A-21 Reincorporation. (a) Any public corporation that meets the criteria
specified in subsection (b) may reincorporate as an authority under this chapter, and become
subject to and governed by this chapter, as provided in this section. (b) A public
