Section 22-30B-18 Construction of chapter; effect of Southeast Interstate Low-Level Radioactive Waste Management Compact. The provisions of this chapter are cumulative and shall not be deemed to repeal existing laws. The provisions of this chapter are to be construed in pari materia with the provisions of the Southeast Interstate Low-Level Radioactive Waste Management Compact, Section 22-32-1, et seq.
