Section 40-17-322 Definitions. As used in this article and unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms have the meaning ascribed herein: (1) AIRCRAFT. Any airplane or helicopter. Section 16-25-14 Retirement of members; benefits generally. Except as otherwise provided herein, the provisions of this section shall apply for purposes of determining required minimum distributions for calendar years beginning on and after January 1, 1987.
