Section 34-27-7 Real Estate Commission - Created; composition; qualifications of members;
appointment; terms; compensation; organization; executive director and assistant executive
director generally; seal; records; immunity from suit. (a) There is created the Alabama Real
Estate Commission. The commission shall consist of nine members appointed by the Governor
with the advice and consent of the Senate as hereinafter provided. The Governor's appointments
to the commission, except for the appointment of the consumer member made pursuant to subsection
(e), shall be made from a list of three persons nominated by the governing body of the Alabama
Professional Real Estate Society or trade association which has the largest licensee membership,

Section 45-2-261.62 Planning and zoning advisory committee established; composition;
purpose and duties. (a) There is established the Fort Morgan Planning and Zoning Advisory
Committee, hereinafter referred to as the planning and zoning advisory committee, to be composed

Section 5-17-8 Reports to Administrator of Alabama Credit Union Administration; powers
of administrator. (a) Credit unions shall report to the Administrator of the Alabama Credit
Union Administration at least annually on or before January 31 in such manner and form as
required by the administrator for that purpose. Additional reports may be required. Credit
unions shall be examined at least every 18 months by employees of the administration or by

Section 34-23-90 Authority; composition. (a) The Alabama State Board of Pharmacy is
vested with the authority to carry out the purposes of and enforce this chapter. The board
shall consist of five members who are citizens of this state. The members of the board shall
be licensed pharmacists who have been licensed in this state for a minimum of five years and
who are actively engaged in the practice of pharmacy or pharmacy administration, or both.

a Board of Trustees for Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University, a state land-grant
