Section 41-9-1039 Alabama Athletic Commission Fund. There is established a separate trust fund in the State Treasury to be known as the Alabama Athletic Commission Fund. All receipts collected by the commission shall be deposited into this fund and used only to carry out the provisions of this article. Monies shall be disbursed only by warrant of the state Comptroller drawn upon the State Treasury supported by itemized vouchers approved by the commission. No funds shall be withdrawn or expended except as budgeted and allotted according to Sections 41-4-80 to 41-4-96, inclusive, and 41-19-1 to 41-19-12, inclusive, and only in amounts as stipulated in the general appropriations act or other appropriation acts. (a) There is hereby established in the treasury of the City of Linden, Alabama, in Marengo County, a special investment fund to be known as the Linden Gas Investment Trust Fund, hereinafter referred to as the fund.
