Section 23-2-150 Authority to collect tolls, revenues, etc.; to lease to utilities; toll rates
adjusted to conform to trust agreement. The authority is hereby authorized to fix, revise,
charge, and collect tolls for the use of each toll road, bridge or tunnel project and the
different parts or sections thereof, and to contract with, or to lease to or from, any person,
partnership, association or corporation desiring the use of any part thereof, including the
right-of-way adjoining the paved portion of approaches and access highways, streets or roads
for placing thereon telephone, telegraph, electric light or power lines or pipe lines for
gas and water or for petroleum products or for any other purpose except for tracks for railroad
or railway use and to fix the terms, conditions, rents, and rates of charges for such use.

or otherwise, unless and only to the extent the municipality has, prior to entering into the
contract with the authority, incurred a binding obligation to make such payments. (c) The
contract provided for by this section may obligate the municipality to indemnify and save
harmless the authority, the members of its board, its officers or its employees from any and
all damage to persons and property occurring on or by reason of the project and to undertake,
at the expense of the municipality, the defense of any action brought against the authority
by reason of injury or damages to persons or property occurring on or by reason of
the project. (d) In the event of any failure or refusal on the part of a municipality to perform
punctually any covenant or obligation contained in the contract provided for by this section,
the authority may have the municipality's performance enforced by any legal or equitable process,

Section 41-10-44.3 Additional powers of authority. In addition to the powers granted to it

Section 41-10-547 Bonds of the authority. (a) The authority is authorized from time to time
to sell and issue its bonds for the purpose of financing project costs pertaining to one or
more projects or for the purpose of providing funds to pay training facility management fees,
