Section 16-46A-4 Legislative Task Force. (a) A legislative task force representing local school
superintendents, local school board members, administrators, teachers, and technology practitioners
is established to review and make recommendations for realigning the funding, structure, and
curriculum of the ACCESS program and to aid in the implementation of this chapter. The task
force shall consist of all of the following: (1) Four members, with two appointed by the Chair
of the Senate Education and Youth Affairs Committee and two appointed by the Chair of the

Section 17-6-81 Fair Ballot Commission; ballot statements. (a)(1) There is created the Fair
Ballot Commission. The purpose of the commission is to provide to the public a fair and accurate
explanation of what a vote for and what a vote against a statewide ballot measure represents.

Section 22-21-27 Advisory board. (a) There shall be an advisory board of 17 members to assist
in the establishment of rules, regulations, and standards necessary to carry out this article
and to serve as consultants to the State Health Officer. The board shall meet at least twice

Section 34-23-90 Authority; composition. (a) The Alabama State Board of Pharmacy is vested
with the authority to carry out the purposes of and enforce this chapter. The board shall
consist of five members who are citizens of this state. The members of the board shall be
licensed pharmacists who have been licensed in this state for a minimum of five years and
who are actively engaged in the practice of pharmacy or pharmacy administration, or both.
