Section 23-7-30 Net earnings of bank not to inure to benefit of any individual, firm, or corporation.
The bank shall be a nonprofit corporation and no part of its net earnings remaining after
payment of its expenses shall inure to the benefit of any individual, firm, or corporation,
except that in the event its board of directors shall determine that sufficient provision
has been made for the full payment of the expenses, bonds, other financial assistance, and
other obligations of the bank, then any net earnings of the bank thereafter accruing shall

(a) Each political subdivision of this state is hereby authorized and directed to establish
a local organization for emergency management in accordance with the state emergency management
plan and program and may confer or authorize the conferring, upon members of the auxiliary

(a) It is declared to be the policy of this state that each housing authority shall manage
and operate its low rent housing projects in an efficient manner so as to enable it to fix
the rentals for dwelling accommodations at the lowest possible rates consistent with its providing
decent, safe, and sanitary dwelling accommodations for persons of low income, and that no
housing authority shall construct or operate any such project for profit, or as a source of
