Section 37-13-7 Powers of authority generally. Section 40-12-270 Disbursement of net proceeds from license taxes and registration fees; Secondary Road Committee created. (a) All covered property, unless otherwise provided in this section, shall be insured for no more than its replacement cost and shall be insured for no less than 80 percent of its actual cash value. Section 8-17-91 Disposition of funds; overpayments.
