Section 23-1-377 Exceptions. (1) PERSONAL USE. Sections 23-1-371, 23-1-372, 23-1-373, 23-1-375, 23-1-376, and 23-1-382 shall not apply to restricted landing areas on private property, designated for the use of the property owner and his or her immediate family.
