Section 16-33C-5 Powers of board. In addition to the powers granted by any other provision
of this chapter, the Savings Board and PACT board shall have, as agents of the State of Alabama,
the powers necessary or convenient to carry out the purposes and provisions of this chapter,
to develop and implement the ABLE Program, ACES Program and the PACT Program, and the powers
delegated by any other law of the state or any executive order thereof including, but not

Section 22-30E-3 Definitions. Unless otherwise defined in this chapter, the definition
of all terms included in Section 22-30-3 shall be applicable to this chapter. Other
definitions as necessary may be promulgated as regulations by the department for further implementation

the Health Care Information and Data Advisory Council to give advice and guidance to SHPDA

Section 27-42-6 Association created; member insurers; accounts. There is created a nonprofit
unincorporated legal entity to be known as the Alabama Insurance Guaranty Association. All
insurers defined as member insurers in subdivision (6) of Section 27-42-5 shall be

Section 31-10-4.1 Qualifications for tuition reimbursement applicants; priority of state

(a) Beginning October 1, 2016, any member of the Alabama National Guard enrolled in a program
leading to a certificate, or an associate or bachelor's degree at an accredited public institution
