Section 23-1-351 Transfer of property, funds, authority, and jurisdiction to the State
Department of Transportation. All matters of any nature whatsoever which have heretofore come
under the authority, jurisdiction, or purview of, or have been administered, overseen, or

well as all physical properties and funds allocated to or in the possession of the Alabama

aeronautics, the following words, terms, and phrases shall have the meanings herein given,
