Section 23-1-62 State Highway Fund - Purposes for which used. (a) All proceeds arising from the sale of state highway bonds and the revenue appropriated to the State Department of Transportation, when received by the State Treasurer, shall be set aside in a special fund known as the State Highway Fund and be used for no other purpose than in the carrying out of the provisions of this chapter.
