Section 22-3A-2 Definitions. The following words and phrases used in this chapter, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, shall have the following respective meanings: (1) AUTHORITY. The public corporation organized pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. (2) BONDS. The bonds issued under the provisions of this chapter. (3) COUNTY BOARD(S) OF HEALTH. County board(s) of health provided for in Chapter 3 of Subtitle 1 of Title 22. (4) DIRECTORS. The board of directors of the authority. (5) GOVERNMENT SECURITIES. Section 11-58-9 Bonds - Disposition of proceeds from sale. (a) The proceeds from the sale of any bonds issued by a corporation organized under authority of this chapter shall be applied only for the purpose for which the bonds were issued; provided, however, that any accrued interest and premium received in any such sale shall be applied to the payment of the principal of or the interest on the bonds sold; provided further, that if for any reason any portion of such proceeds shall not be needed for the purpose for which the bonds were issued, then such unneeded portion of said proceeds shall be applied to the payment of the principal of or the interest on said bonds.
