Section 37-9-27 Air carriers to file tariff of rates, fares and charges; rejection of tariff
and consequences thereof; refunds or remittances of rates, fares and charges; changes in rates,
fares and charges; filing of divisions of joint rates, fares and charges. (a) Every common

tariffs showing all the rates, fares and charges for the intrastate transportation of persons

Section 14-7-22.1 Prison industry programs. (a) In order to implement work-oriented rehabilitation
programs in an actual private enterprise work environment, the Commissioner of the Department
of Corrections may contract or enter into agreements with private individuals, enterprises,
partnerships, or corporations to develop joint plants, businesses, factories, or commercial
enterprises. The contracts or agreements shall be limited to those in which the department
contracts or agrees to furnish inmate labor for the manufacture of articles or products or
to furnish inmate labor for the provision of service in facilities furnished by the department

is given authority and power to abandon and discontinue any portion of a state highway, or
street on a state highway route with the approval of the city council or governing body of
any municipality, crossing the tracks or right-of-way of any railroad or street railway within
the state, and to close the grade crossing, whenever in the judgment of the department the
