Section 31-5-3 State Board of Veterans' Affairs. (a) All registered optometrists licensed in the State of Alabama are required to take annual courses of study in subjects relating to the practice of optometry. The length of study shall be prescribed by the board but shall not exceed 25 clock hours in any calendar year.
