Section 22-9A-21 Disclosure of information from vital records. (a) To protect the integrity
of vital records, to insure their proper use, and to insure the efficient and proper administration
of the system of vital statistics, it shall be unlawful for any person to permit inspection
of, or to disclose information contained in vital records, or to copy or issue a copy of all
or part of any record, except as authorized by this chapter and by rules of the board or by
order of a court of competent jurisdiction. (b) The State Registrar or other custodians of
vital records shall not permit inspection of, or disclose information contained in vital records,
or copy or issue a copy of all or part of any records unless he or she is satisfied that the

Section 43-8-6 Rules of evidence; evidence as to death or status; presumption of death. In
proceedings under this chapter the rules of evidence in courts of general jurisdiction including
any relating to simultaneous deaths, are applicable unless specifically displaced by the chapter.
In addition, the following rules relating to determination of death and status are applicable:
(1) A certified or authenticated copy of a death certificate purporting to be issued by an
official or agency of the place where the death purportedly occurred is prima facie proof

Section 22-36-9 Penalties. (a) Any person who willfully violates any provision of this chapter,
or rule, regulation or standard adopted under this chapter, shall be punished by a fine of
no more than $25,000.00 per day of violation or by imprisonment for not more than one year,

Section 22-22-14 Criminal penalty for violation of chapter, etc. (a) Any person who willfully
or with gross negligence violates any provision of the chapter, or rule, regulation or standard
adopted under this chapter, or any condition or limitation in a permit issued under this chapter
shall be punished by a fine of not less than $2,500.00 nor more than $25,000.00 per day of
violation or by imprisonment for not more than one year, or by both. If the conviction is

Section 34-17-3 Board of Examiners of Landscape Architects - Powers and duties generally. (a)
The board shall have the powers and duties listed in this section. (b) The board shall have
such employees as may be provided in the annual state budget. (c) The board may make, adopt,

Section 34-9-15 Annual registration; continuing education. (a) No person shall practice dentistry
or dental hygiene in the State of Alabama unless licensed or permitted by the board and registered
annually as required by this chapter. The secretary-treasurer of the board shall issue to

Section 25-9-10 Certificate of competency for fire bosses and mine foremen - Examinations;
fees. The board of examiners created by Section 25-9-9 shall examine qualified applicants
and give certificates of competency to persons who pass the required examinations to act as
mine foremen or fire bosses in any coal mine in this state. A reasonable fee, as established
by the board, shall be charged for each examination given by the board, and such fee shall

Section 28-3A-6 Manufacturer licensing and requirements; tastings or samplings; charitable
event donations. (a) Upon applicant's compliance with this chapter and the rules adopted under
