Section 16-39-8 Classification of child; placement; record of case history. No child shall be given special services under the terms of this chapter as an exceptional child until he is properly classified as an exceptional child; provided, that the child's parent or guardian shall be informed of the reasons for such classification. A copy of the report certifying to the child's type of exceptionality shall be kept on file in the office of the principal of the school in which the child is enrolled and at such other places as may be prescribed by regulations of the State Board of Education. In providing for the instruction of exceptional children, the school boards shall utilize regular school facilities and adapt them to the needs of exceptional children, except as otherwise provided herein. Section 22-28-12 Motor vehicle emissions. (a) As the state of knowledge and technology relating to the control of emissions from motor vehicles may permit or make appropriate, and in furtherance of the purposes of this chapter, the commission may provide by rules and regulations for the control of emissions from any class or classes of motor vehicles. (a) Fees to be paid to the Office of Vital Statistics are as follows: (1) The fee for making any search of the records and reporting the findings or for making one certified copy of the record if found shall be fifteen dollars ($15). (a) By rule, the board shall make provisions to do all of the following: (1) Examine and qualify for examination applicants for licensure and issue a license to each successful applicant.
