Section 6-10-106 Proceedings to set aside exemptions when husband, wife, or parent absent seven years and residence not ascertainable - Generally. Section 26-10A-2 Definitions. The following words and phrases shall have the following meaning whenever used in this chapter except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning: (1) ABANDONMENT. Section 13A-13-8 Failure to report missing child. (a) This section shall be known and may be cited as Caylee's Law. (b) For purposes of this section, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section: (1) ABDUCTION. The removal or retention of a child without the consent of the child's custodian. (2) CHILD. A person who is less than 18 years of age. (3) CUSTODIAN.
