Section 36-25-27 Penalties; enforcement; jurisdiction, venue, judicial review; limitations period. (a)(1) Except as otherwise provided, any person subject to this chapter who intentionally violates any provision of this chapter other than those for which a separate penalty is provided for in this section shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class B felony. (2) Any person subject to this chapter who violates any provision of this chapter other than those for which a separate penalty is provided for in this section shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. Section 30-4-17 Revocation of certain transferable interests in property upon divorce or annulment. (a) In this section, the following terms have the following meanings: (1) DISPOSITION OR APPOINTMENT OF PROPERTY. Includes a transfer of an item of property or any other benefit to a beneficiary designated in a governing instrument. (2) DIVORCE or ANNULMENT. Any divorce or annulment, or any dissolution or declaration of invalidity of a marriage, that would exclude the spouse as a surviving spouse within the meaning of Section 43-8-252. (a) The board of directors of an authority shall be as specified in the articles, or as provided in Sections 11-92A-5 and 11-92A-6, provided that each county within the authorized operational area of an authority shall be represented by at least three directors. Section 8-20-5 Limitations on cancellations, modifications, terminations, and nonrenewals of franchise relationships.
