Section 33-12-5 Powers, duties and functions. The powers, duties and functions of the agency shall be as follows: (1) GENERALLY. The agency a. Section 40-9F-33 Limitations on tax credits; Historic Income Tax Credit Account; transfer or assignment of tax credits. (a) The state portion of any tax credit against the tax imposed by Chapter 18 for the taxable year in which the certified rehabilitation is placed in service, shall be equal to 25 percent of the qualified rehabilitation expenditures for certified historic structures. Section 22-6-153 Contract to provide medical care to Medicaid beneficiaries; enrollment; grievance procedures; duties of Medicaid Agency. (a) Subject to approval of the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the Medicaid Agency shall enter into a contract in each Medicaid region for at least one fully certified regional care organization to provide, pursuant to a risk contract under which the Medicaid Agency makes a capitated payment, medical care to Medicaid beneficiaries. (a) The Director of ADECA may establish and administer the broadband accessibility grant program for the purpose of promoting the deployment and adoption of broadband Internet access services to unserved areas. By June 26, 2018, the director shall adopt rules and policies to administer the program and begin to accept applications for grants, and shall adopt such rules as may be necessary to meet the future needs of the grant program.
