Section 22-5B-5 Alabama Lifespan Respite Coalition. (a) There is created the Alabama Lifespan Respite Coalition composed of members who shall be culturally, economically, and geographically diverse and representative of the state demographics and appointed by the Governor or his or her designee. Section 25-11-5 Reporting of new hires, etc.; duties of department. (a) An employer shall report to the department, within seven days of hiring, each new hire, recall, or rehire. The information to be reported shall include the name, address, Social Security number, and date of hire of each newly hired, recalled, or rehired individual and the name, address, and state and federal identification numbers of the employer. The information shall be reported on forms supplied by the department or by such other method as approved by the secretary. Section 21-3A-4 Composition; appointment and duties of members. (a) For the purposes of implementing this chapter, the Governor shall appoint the Interagency Coordinating Council. The council shall consist of not less than 15 members nor more than the number allowed by regulation.
