Section 41-22-9 Adoption by reference of codes, standards, and regulations of other agencies
of this state or the United States or of other approved organizations; form of reference;
availability from agency of information as to rules, etc., adopted by reference. An agency
may adopt, by reference in its rules and without publishing the adopted matter in full, all
or any part of a code, standard or regulation which has been adopted by any other agency of
this state or any agency of the United States or by a generally recognized organization or
association approved by the joint committee administrative regulation review. The reference
shall fully identify the adopted matter by date and otherwise. The agency shall have available
copies of the adopted matter for inspection and the rules shall state where copies of the
adopted matter can be obtained and any charge therefor as of the time the rule is adopted.

Section 26-16-96 Local child death review teams. (a) There are hereby created local child death
review teams. (b) Each county of the state shall be included in a local multidisciplinary,
multiagency child death review team's jurisdiction. The district attorney shall initiate the
establishment of local teams by convening a meeting of potential team members within 60 days

Section 5-26-10 Continuing education for mortgage loan originators. (1) In general. In order
to meet the annual continuing education requirements referred to in Section 5-26-9(1)(b),
a licensed mortgage loan originator shall complete at least eight hours of education approved

Section 12-15-215 Disposition of delinquent children or children in need of supervision generally.
(a) If the juvenile court finds on proof beyond a reasonable doubt, based upon competent,
material, and relevant evidence, that a child committed the acts by reason of which the child
is alleged to be delinquent or in need of supervision, it may proceed immediately to hear
evidence as to whether the child is in need of care or rehabilitation and to file its findings
thereon. In the absence of evidence to the contrary, a finding that the child has committed
an act which constitutes a felony is sufficient to sustain a finding that the child is in
need of care or rehabilitation. If the juvenile court finds that the child is not in need
