Section 40-26B-60 Definitions. (a) For the purposes of this article the following words have
the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) DISPROPORTIONATE
SHARE HOSPITAL. A hospital meeting the requirements of Section 1923 of the Social Security
Act and other criteria adopted by the Alabama Medicaid Agency in its state plan for medical

enacted into law and entered into with all other jurisdictions legally joining therein in
form substantially as follows: Article I. Purpose and Policy. It is the purpose and policy

Section 16-47-240 Alabama Rural Hospital Resource Center. (a) The University of Alabama at
Birmingham shall establish the Alabama Rural Hospital Resource Center. (b) The purpose of
the resource center is to facilitate access to high quality care for rural Alabamians and

a certificate of approval, license, or renewal of license for an airport, restricted landing

the Department of Human Resources or an attorney representing the person or persons filing
