Section 45-30-250.03 Amendment to certificate of incorporation. (a) The certificate of incorporation
of the authority incorporated under this article may at any time and from time to time be
amended in the manner provided in this section. (b)(1) The board of directors of the authority
shall first adopt a resolution proposing an amendment to the certificate of incorporation
which shall be set forth in full in the resolution. The amendment may include any of the following:
a. A change in the name of the authority. b. The addition to the service area of the authority
of new territory lying within Franklin County. c. Provisions for the operation of a system

Section 15-22-54 Period of probation; termination of probation; violation of terms of probation;
sanctions. (a) The period of probation or suspension of execution of sentence shall be determined
by the court and shall not be waived by the defendant, and the period of probation or suspension
may be continued, extended, or terminated. However, except as provided in Section 32-5A-191
relating to ignition interlock requirements, in no case shall the maximum probation period
of a defendant guilty of a misdemeanor exceed two years, nor shall the maximum probation period
of a defendant guilty of a felony exceed five years, except as provided in Section 13A-8-2.1.

Commissioner-certified law enforcement officer employed by a law enforcement agency who is
