Section 22-51-12 Control of facilities and programs. Nothing in this chapter shall be
construed to mean that the facilities and programs provided for in this chapter are to be
under the direction or control of any person other than the board of directors appointed by

Section 41-15B-2.2 Allocation of trust fund revenues. (a) For each fiscal year, beginning
October 1, 1999, contingent upon the Children First Trust Fund receiving tobacco revenues
and upon appropriation by the Legislature, an amount of up to and including two hundred twenty-five
thousand dollars ($225,000), or equivalent percentage of the total fund, shall be designated

Section 38-7-7 License to operate or conduct child-care facility - Department to establish
minimum standards for licensing; factors to be considered; children in need of special treatment;
department to offer consultation. (a) The department shall prescribe and publish minimum standards

Section 40-2A-15 Alabama Local Tax Institute of Standards and Training - Creation; composition;
duties. (a) There is hereby created the Alabama Local Tax Institute of Standards and Training.
