Section 41-5A-6 Chief examiner - Recovery audits for overpayments of state funds. (a) For the purposes of this section, the following words have the following meanings: (1) CHIEF EXAMINER. There is created the Alabama Lifespan Respite Resource Network as the statewide entity that shall do the following: (1) Address issues relating to respite care in our state. Section 12-23A-9 Functions of Administrative Office of Courts. (a) The Administrative Office of Courts, hereinafter AOC, shall assist in the planning, implementation, and development of drug courts statewide.
