Section 11-11B-4 Securities; maturity, total principal amount, denomination and tenor, execution, etc.; coupons for interest. Securities issued under the authority of this chapter shall mature at such time or times as the governing body of the issuer shall determine, not later than the date on which the last installment of the grant is reasonably expected to be received. The total principal amount of securities which may be issued in respect of a grant shall not exceed the reasonably estimated proceeds of the grant. The determination of the governing body of the issuer of the date on which the last installment of the grant will be received and the amounts of the proceeds of any grant to be received shall be conclusive. Section 11-50A-21 Proceeds of bonds. Proceeds of the bonds issued under authority of this chapter shall be used solely for the payment of the costs of a project or combined projects, and any other corporate purposes of the authority, and shall be disbursed upon requisition or order of the persons and under such restrictions as the resolution authorizing the issuance of the bonds or the trust agreement or indenture may provide.
