Section 33-18-1 Alabama-Coosa-Tallapoosa River Basin Compact. The State of Alabama hereby agrees
to the following interstate compact known as the Alabama-Coosa-Tallapoosa River Basin Compact:

without first giving written notice to the utility currently providing it retail electric
