Section 22-38-6 Priorities for all nonpoint source pollution control; administration of grants
in accordance with priorities; committee to provide information to department as to progress
in water quality. The overall state plan for nonpoint source pollution control shall establish
priorities for all nonpoint source pollution control. The committee shall administer agricultural,
nonpoint source pollution control cost-share grants to landusers in accordance with the priorities
encompassed in the agricultural component of the plan developed for the state by the department
in cooperation with the committee and approved by the Environmental Protection Agency. All
information requested of the committee shall be provided to the department for use in reporting
to the Environmental Protection Agency on the state's progress in water quality as it relates

Section 25-9-133 Underground storage of explosives and detonators. (a) Underground section
boxes or magazines shall be constructed of substantial nonsparking material and shall be placed
in a crosscut or idle room neck at least 25 feet from roadways, trolley wires, or power lines,
at least 75 feet from any working face and in a reasonably dry and well rock dusted place,
free of oil, grease, or other debris. (b) Explosives and detonators shall be stored separately
and at least five feet apart. Not more than a 48-hour supply of explosives and detonators,
including any surplus remaining from the previous day, shall be stored underground in section

Section 40-9-14.1 Certificates of exemption to governmental entities, contractors, etc., for
certain tax exempt projects. (a) For the purposes of this section, the term governmental entity
means the State of Alabama and its political subdivisions, including a county, a municipality,
an industrial or economic development board or authority, and any public water or sewer authority,
district, system, or board that otherwise is sales and use tax exempt. A governmental entity
shall also include an educational institution of any of the foregoing Alabama political subdivisions

Section 45-30-244 Levy of tax; collection and disposition. (a) The Franklin County Commission
shall levy and impose in the county, in addition to all other taxes of every kind now imposed

Section 45-41-244.110 Additional sales and use tax authorized. (a) This section shall only
apply to those areas outside the corporate limits of the Cities of Auburn, Opelika, and Phenix
City in Lee County. (b) As used in this section, state sales and use tax means the tax imposed

Section 9-11-1 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following words and phrases shall
have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

Section 9-17-25 Tax for expenses of administration and enforcement of article - Levied; exemptions;
payment. (a) For the purpose of defraying the expenses connected with the administration and
enforcement of this article, including the expense of the inspections, tests, analyses, and
