Section 2-28-9 Regulation of performance of subterranean termite eradication and control work
generally. Persons engaged in subterranean termite eradication and control work shall be required
to file a monthly report with the commissioner containing such information relative to work
performed as may be required by rules and regulations duly adopted as authorized under provisions
of this chapter in order that it may be determined whether persons having been issued a permit
are complying with the requirements of this chapter. Every person engaged in subterranean
termite eradication and control work shall make an annual inspection of each job done during
the term of the contract and shall report to the building owner in each instance as to whether
or not there has been a reinfestation of subterranean termites. If a contract for termite
eradication work provides for inspections of such work at intervals of less than one year,

Section 27-12A-9 Administrative cease and desist authority. Whenever it appears to the commissioner
that any person has engaged in or is about to engage in any act or practice constituting a
violation of any provision of this chapter or any rule or order hereunder, the commissioner
may, in the commissioner's discretion, do either or both of the following: (1) Issue a cease
and desist order, with or without a prior hearing, against the person or persons engaged in
the prohibited activities, directing them to cease and desist from engaging in the act or

(a) The State Board of Chiropractic Examiners may refuse to grant a license or permit to any
applicant who is not of good moral character and reputation or has a history of narcotic addiction
or has previously been convicted of a felony or any crime of moral turpitude or has previously

Section 34-9-60.1 Administration of infiltration anesthesia by dental hygienists; permit requirements.
(a) The board may permit licensed dental hygienists to administer infiltration anesthesia
under the direct supervision of a licensed dentist. The board may promulgate rules further
limiting the administration of infiltration anesthesia by dental hygienists. In order to administer
infiltration anesthesia, a dental hygienist shall possess a dental hygiene infiltration anesthesia
