Section 22-30F-7 Alabama Land Recycling Finance Authority - Powers. (a) The authority shall have each of the following powers, among others specified by or required to implement this chapter: (1) To sue and be sued and to prosecute and defend, at law and in equity, in any court having jurisdiction of the subject matter and of the parties thereto. Section 40-27-1 Compact adopted; terms. The following Multistate Tax Compact is hereby approved, adopted and enacted into law by the State of Alabama: Multistate Tax Compact Article I. Purposes.
