Section 22-35-9 Administration cost of chapter; annual budgets for administration. (a) Administration cost of all the provisions of this chapter shall be charged to the fund. Annual budgets for administration are to be included as part of the regular department budget, except that the annual budget of the management board shall not be a part of the department budget.
