Section 8-17-91 Disposition of funds; overpayments. (a) The proceeds from the permit fees,
inspection fees, and penalties, if any, collected by the Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries
and the Revenue Commissioner pursuant to Section 8-17-87 together with one-third of the proceeds
of the six cent ($.06) additional motor fuel excise tax levied on gasoline under subdivision
(1) of subsection (a) of Section 40-17-325, shall be paid into the State Treasury and distributed
by the State Treasurer as follows: (1) An amount equal to five percent or no less than $175,000,
whichever is greater, of the combined proceeds received each month shall accrue to the credit
of, and be deposited in, the Agricultural Fund; and (2) The balance of the proceeds shall
be distributed as follows: a. 13.87 percent of the balance of the proceeds shall be distributed

fees or costs levied, there shall be taxed as costs the sum of five dollars ($5) upon conviction
in any criminal proceeding arising out of the commission of a misdemeanor or felony. The costs

Section 45-4-240 Revenue collection program. (a) The County Commission of Bibb County may establish
and administer a program of revenue collection for all local taxes, licenses, fees, and other
fees, charges, and revenues levied by the county commission pursuant to local law. (b) The

Section 45-41-82.01 Service of papers and documents - Civil or criminal actions. (a) In Lee
County, in addition to all other fees or costs levied, there shall be taxed as costs the sum

Section 45-3-170 Environmental services fees. The Barbour County Board of Health shall designate
the environmental services by the Barbour County Health Department for which a fee may be
levied and shall set the fee to be levied for each service. Any fees to be levied, or increased,
