Section 22-3A-16 Appropriation made; Debt Service Reserve Fund established. (a) For the purpose

Section 22-27-9 Authority of Department of Environmental Management and Department of Public
Health. (a) The Department of Environmental Management shall be the agency with primary regulatory

Section 22-30A-4 Powers of department; use of fund. (a) In relation or addition to the powers
set forth in this section and any other provisions of laws of this state, the department is
