Section 45-15-170.20 Enforcement. (a) The Cleburne County Health Department may enforce littering laws, and other laws relating to littering in Cleburne County, in addition to health laws and regulations governing the control and disposal of solid waste in Cleburne County, and shall be empowered with the authority of peace officers as defined by state law for the purpose of enforcing such laws. (a) Any violation of this article, any rule promulgated under the authority of this article, any order issued under the authority, or any term or condition of any permit issued under the authority of this article is unlawful.
