Section 22-28-19 Right of entry for inspection; tests and samples. (a) Any duly authorized officer, employee or representative of the department may enter and inspect any property, premises or place on, or at, which an air contaminant source is located or is being constructed, installed or established, at any reasonable time, for the purpose of ascertaining the state of compliance with this chapter and rules and regulations in force pursuant thereto. No person shall refuse entry or access to any authorized representative of the department who requests entry for purposes of inspection, and who presents appropriate credentials, nor shall any person obstruct, hamper or interfere with any such inspection. If requested, the owner or operator of the premises shall receive a report setting forth all facts found which relate to compliance status. Section 22-40A-3 Definitions. The following terms shall have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) APPROVED. Authorized, certified, permitted by, or meets standards of a regulatory authority. (2) AUTHORIZED DISPOSAL. For purposes of this chapter only, authorized disposal shall be the deposit of a tire in a landfill properly permitted to accept tires and tire materials for disposal. (3) CLEANUP.
