Section 29-2A-4 Funding; fees for services. (a) The commission shall be funded from
the annual appropriation to the Legislative Services Agency for program evaluation until otherwise
funded from state appropriations. (b) The commission may receive state appropriations and
apply for and receive grant funds from other sources including, but not limited to, foundations,
government entities, federal grants, and businesses. No public monies shall be expended by
the director for any purpose unless the monies have been appropriated by the Legislature to
the entity from which the funds are received or to the commission. Any monies appropriated
shall be budgeted and allotted pursuant to the Budget Management Act in accordance with Article
4 of Chapter 4 of Title 41, and only in the amounts provided by the Legislature in the general

Section 45-25-81 Judicial Administration Fund. (a) This section shall be known
and cited as the DeKalb County Preservation of Justice Act. (b) The Legislature finds and
declares the following: (1) The financial restraints exiting in the State General Fund budget
have resulted in a shortfall to the Unified Judicial System that has caused the layoff of
many judicial employees. In DeKalb County, the circuit clerk's office has lost three employees.

Section 9-16-90 Environmental protection performance standards. (a) Any permit issued
pursuant to this article to conduct surface mining operations shall require that such surface
coal mining operations will meet all applicable performance standards of this article, and
such other requirements as the regulatory authority shall promulgate. (b) General performance

Section 22-30D-6 Registration; fees. (a) No later than May 24, 2001, each owner or operator
of a drycleaning facility located in this state who shall notify the department that it elects
to be covered by this chapter shall also register each drycleaning facility owned or operated
in the state by such owner or operator with the department on forms provided by the department.
Each owner or operator electing to register pursuant to this subsection shall submit its registration

Section 32-7A-12 Suspension of registration. (a) The department shall suspend the vehicle
registration of any motor vehicle determined to be in violation of Section 32-7A-4,
including any motor vehicle operated in violation of Section 32-7A-16 by an operator
other than the owner of the vehicle. Neither the fact that, subsequent to the date of verification
or violation, the owner acquired the required liability insurance policy nor the fact that

Section 15-23-14 Award of compensation subrogates commission to rights of claimant as
to collateral source; funds recovered from collateral source held in trust for commission;
